We're Gonna Fit Right In!


I personally don't like the term LOL. But I DID laugh out loud at these.

I can tell I am going to like the Aussies. If you can laugh at yourself you're allowed to laugh at everyone else too.

A: Rattlesnakes live in A-meri-ca, which is where YOU come from. All Australian snakes are perfectly harmless, can be safely handled, and make good pets.

A: It's called a Drop Bear. They are so called because they drop out of gum trees and eat the brains of anyone walking underneath them. You can scare them off by spraying yourself with human urine before you go out walking.

  2. We'll let everyone know once we get an address. Of course you are welcome! This post wasn't my own work but I am hoping to have some fun of my own once we get there! Bumbling German-Americans in Australia. Should be good. (I am already having to convince my kids they need to own up to being German - that accent is going to totally give them away no matter how USA they try to pull it off!)
